EMPLOYEE WAS DOING MANUAL CLEAN UP WITH A HAND SHOVEL HIS ENTIRE SHIFT. HE WOKE UP THE NEXT DAYWITH SOME DISCOMFORT. HE WAITED TO SEE IF HE WOULD FEEL BETTER IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. HE DID NOT SO HE REPORTED IT.
