WHILE EE WAS LEAVING SHOVEL AT THE END OF THE SHIFT SOMETHING BLEW INTO HIS RIGHT EYE. IT WAS RECORDED AS A REPORT ONLY INCIDENT. ON 6-27 WE RECEIVED A BILL FROM A MEDICAL FACILITY INDICATING THAT THE EYE WAS TREATED ON 4/18. DUE TO PRESCRIPTIVE MEDICATION THIS IS A MEDICAL TREATMENT CASE.
