ELEVATOR WAS DOWN FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES AT EAST FINLEY PORTAL. THERE WAS NO ENTRAPMENT OF PERSONS ON THE ELEVATOR. THE UPS BATTERY WAS REPLACED.
