AN UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL OCCURRED ON THE 9TH WEST HEADGATE UNIT #2 ENTRY AT 3500'WEST. THE FALL WAS APPROX. 40'LONG, 18'WIDE & 8-10'THICK. THE FALL DID NOT AFFECT VENTILATION OR PASSAGE OF MINERS. THE FALL WILL BE CLEANED UP.
