EE STATED THAT ON 6-10-02 HE TRIPPED OVER A BATTERY JUMPER CABLE AND TWISTED HIS KNEE. THERE WAS NO ACCIDENT REPORT FILED AT THIS TIME. ON 6-24-02 HE STARTED MISSING WORK AND REPORTED TO THE M INE THAT AN MRI WAS SCHEDULED FOR 6-30-02. THE RESULTS OF THE MRI WERE RECEIVED ON 7-9-02. THERE IS EVIDENC OF A COMPLEX TEAR OF THE MEDIAL MENISCUS, BAKER'S CYST, AND A JOINT EFFUSION.
