EMPLOYEE WAS ROLLING UP THE HOSES OF HIS CUTTING TORCH AFTER COMPLETING HIS TASK, WHEN THE CUTTING HEAD CAME INTO CONTACT WITH HIS R-FOREAM, CAUSING 2ND DEGREE BURN.
