AN UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL OCCURRED ON THE 8TH WEST HEADGATE #2 ENTRY 2000' WEST. THE FALL WAS APPROX. 30' LONG, 18' WIDE & 6 1/2' THICK. IT DID NOT AFFECT VENTILATION OR PASSAGE OF MINERS.
