Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS USING A TORCH TO SHRINK-WRAP A PALLET OF SAND BAGS. HE HELD THE TORCH TOO CLOSE FOR TOO LONG AND THE FILM CAUGHT FIRE. HE USED HIS HAND TO PUT THE FIRE OUT, BURNING HIS HAND.
