Narrative

WHILE ROOF BOLTING, EMPLOYEE GOT HIS RIGHT FOOT RUN OVER BY THE CAT ON THE BOLTER. EMPLOYEE WAS UNDER THE CANOPY WITH HIS FEET ON THE GROUND, NOT THE PLATFORM WHILE MOVING UP.
