AN EXPLOSION OF THE COAL FEED SYSTEM HAPPENED APPROX. 45-50 MINUTES AFTER STARTUP. THERE WERE NO INJURIES OR DAMAGE TO THE PROCESS EQUIPMENT. SUSPECTED MECHANICAL FAILURE OF AIR DAMPERS WHICH IMPACTED COAL FEED SYSTEM.
