Narrative

EE WAS GETTING OUT OF HIS TRUCK. WHEN HE WAS GOING DOWN THE LADDER, HE BUMPED HIS KNEE. BY THE END OF THE DAY HE WAS UNABLE TO USE THE CLUTCH IN HIS TRUCK. EE HAS MISSED WORK SINCE 7/15/02.
