Narrative EE OVERFILLED A/C GAS TANK, SPILLED GASOLINE RAN DOWN INSIDE ENGINE COVERS. HE SHORTED OUT STARTER TO MAKE ENGINE START THERE WAS A SPARK, IT IGNITED THE GASOLINE, BURNING HIM ON THE ARMS AND FACE.
