HE UNPLUGGED THE BATTERIES ON THE PERSONNEL CAR #2 BEFORE TURNING THE CHARGER OFF IN WHICH IT, THE PLUG IN, CAUSED A SPARK. GAS FROM A 6 VOLT BATTERY ARCHED BLOWING DIRT & DEBRIS IN HIS LEFT E YE.
