Narrative

EMPLOYEE STATED HE WAS TRIMMING A BELT SPLICE WHEN HIS KNIFE SLIPPED AND CUT HIS RIGHT LEG JUST ABOVE THE KNEE. THE INJURY WAS MEDICALLY TREATED WITH SUTURES. HE MISSED NO WORK.
