EE WAS LOADING TRUCKS AND STAYED OUT IN THE SUN TOO LONG. HE DID NOT SEEK SHELTER IN BLDG. PROVIDED AT WORK SITE NOR DRINK WATER PROVIDED. HE BECAME DIZZY AND WENT TO COMPANY DISPENSARY AND WA S GIVEN IV FOR HEAT STRESS.
