THE EMPLOYEE ATTEMPTED TO DRIVE A PUNCH INTO A DA RAM CONNECTING BLOCK. WHEN HE SWUNG THE HAMMER HE HIT THE SHIELD PONTOON. THE HAMMER GLANCED OFF AND STRUCK HIS LEFT HAND.
