HOIST OUTAGE EXCESS 30 MINUTES. THE #1 HOIST FAILED TO LIFT LOAD AT 9:16 PM. THE CONTROL CIRCUIT DEVELOPED A BROKEN WIRE. THIS WAS REPAIRED AND HOIST BACK INTO SERVICE AT 1:47 AM 7/27/02.
