EMPLOYEE WAS MEASURING STOCKPILE. AFTER COMING DOWN PILE HE FELL TO THE GROUND. OTHER EMPLOYEES CALLED 911 AND STARTED CPR. THEY COULD NOT REVIVE HIM.
