EE STATES HE WAS PULLING HAUL CABLES IN #18 D/L & FELL, CAUSING HIM TO TWIST HIS BACK. WORKED UNTIL 7-8-02 BEFORE GETTING RX MEDICINE IN CLINIC. WAS ORDERED TO TAKE PHYSICAL THERAPY BY DOCTOR ON 7-11-02. (HAS BEEN UNDER INVESTIGATION.)
