AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT, EE WAS USING A HAMMER AND PUNCH TO DRIVE A SET OF BEARINGS INTO A BORE. WHEN EE STRUCK THE PUNCH WITH THE HAMMER, PIECES OF THE PUNCH FLAKED OFF AND STRUCK HIM ON THE UNDERSIDE OF HIS LT. FOREARM.
