THERE WAS A MECHANICAL PROBLEM WITH THE CONNELLSVILLE ELEVATOR (SERIAL NO. L89056) AT THE COOKS BRANCH PORTAL THAT INTERFERED WITH THE USE OF THE ELEVATOR FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES. THE SHEAVE WHEEL, BEARING & AXLE WERE REPLACED ON THE COUNTER WEIGHT. THE ELEVATOR WAS OUT OF SERVICE FOR 12.5 HOURS.
