EMPLOYEE COMPLAINED OF PAIN IN BOTH ARMS & HANDS WHICH APPEARED TO BE SYMPTOMS OF CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME. SUBSEQUENT TESTING CONFIRMED THIS & HE HAD BILATERAL CARPAL TUNNEL RELEASE ON 7/29/02.
