Narrative

THE #3 HOIST WAS HOISTING SALT IN AUTOMATIC MODE, WITH THE WEST SKIP COMING UP LOADED, THE HOIST WAS TRIPPED OFF BY THE OPERATOR. THIS CAUSED THE UNLOADED EAST SKIP TO BOUNCE ON THE END OF T HE ROPE, AND THE DOGS TO SET. HOISTMAN LOWERED THE EAST SKIP AND THE HOIST ROPE KINKED. THE ROPE WAS REPLACED IMMEDIATLY.
