EE WAS LOADING ROOF BOLTS INTO A SCOOP. HE SLIPPED OR LOST HIS FOOTING WHILE ON TOP OF THE SCOOP BUCKET. HE FELL INTO THE SIDE OF THE BUCKET AND HURT HIS BACK.
