Narrative

INJURED FELT PAIN IN HIS BACK WHEN PICKING UP A STOPPING BLOCK. THIS CAUSED HIM TO LOSE HIS BALANCE AND FALL FROM A SHORT 3 AND 1/2 FOOT HIGH SCAFFOLD.
