EE WAS CUTTING A BOX OF RAGS OPEN WITH A UTILITY KNIFE WHICH HAD A DULL BLADE. THE KNIFE SLIPPED AND CUT INTO HIS L ARM AND STITCHES WERE REQUIRED.
