EE WAS DIAGNOSED ON 6-4-02 WITH CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME IN BOTH WRISTS THAT HE CLAIMS IS DUE TO YEARS OF WORKING UNDER GROUND. HE BEGAN MISSING WORK ON 8-1-02.
