Narrative

CAME INTO WORK, WALKED PAST CONTROL ROOM AND TRIPPED OVER ELECTRIC CABLE TO CRUSHER AREA. FELL FORWARD AND USED LEFT ARM TO PREVENT FALL. BROKE BONE IN LEFT FOREARM.
