EE WAS WALKING DOWN #1 ENTRY ON HG-12 TO GET SUPPLIES. BETWEEN THE 10TH & 11TH BREAKTHROUGHS, HE WALKED INTO A ROOF BOLT. THE HEIGHT WAS 65"". THE BOLT WAS NOT DISLODGED.
