Narrative INJURED WAS USING A CHAIN HOIST TO REMOVE A ROOF BOLT FROM THE BELT STRUCTURE. THE CHAIN SLIPPED AND HE CAUGHT HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE BOLT AND BELT STRUCTURE.
