EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO RETRIEVE A PIECE OF CURTAIN. HE WAS WALKING BESIDE THE BOLTER WHILE IT WAS TRAMMING WHEN HE STEPPED ON A WET ROCK CAUSING HIS RT. FOOT TO SLIP UNDER THE TIRE.
