Narrative

14 BLOCK, D-HAULWAY SUPPLY TRACK-INJURED WAS SUPERVISING THE RE RAILING OF A CARRIER LOADED WITH A PETITO MUTE. HE WAS KNEELING TO SEE IF CARRIER TRUCKS WERE ALIGNED WITH THE TRACK RAILS. THE AIR BAG WHICH WAS USED TO RAISE THE CARRIER SLIPPED CAUSING THE DRAW BAR TO SWING AND STRIKE INJURED ONT HE BOTTOM OF HIS RIGHT FOOT.
