EMPLOYEE WAS PERFORMING RECLAMATION OPERATIONS ON SLOPE WHEN DOZER OVERTURNED. EMPLOYEE HAD SOME ABRASIONS, BRUISING, AND A MODERATE CUT TO BACK OF HEAD WHICH REQUIRED STITCHES.
