WHILE EMPLOYEE WAS PUTTING TOGETHER CRUSHER, HE GOT HIS FINGER MASHED BETWEEN 1"" IMPACT WRENCH & THE TOP SHELL OF THE CRUSHER. HE WAS BACKING OFF JACK BOLTS.
