WHILE PULLING THE DRIVE BELT BY HAND TO CHECK ALIGNMENT EMPLOYEE'S LEFT THUMB WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE BELT AND SHEAVE. HE WAS NOT WEARING GLOVES.
