Narrative

AT #6 BELT HEAD LOCATION, EE WAS INSTALLING AN ELBOW IN A 4"" WATER LINE. AS HE WAS DOING SO, HE STOOD ON THE LINE. HE SLIPPED OFF THE LINE, FELL ON BOTH OF HIS KNEES AND HAS NOT RETURNED TO WO RK AS OF THIS DAY BEING 9-11.
