Narrative

THE EMPLOYEE HAD THE UTRAVAC HOSE TIED OFF TO KEEP IT FROM JUMPING AROUND. THE ROPE BROKE, CAUSING THE HOSE TO JERK AND HIT THE BACK OF HIS LEGS. THE FORCE KNOCKED HIM TO THE GROUND.
