ROOF-BOLTER ON MOVE CREW WAS BOLTING TOP. AS HE WAS DRILLING, HIS STEEL HUNG IN THE HOLE. HE RAISED HIS POT TO REMOVE HIS STEEL & MASHED HIS RIGHT MIDDLE FINGER WHICH REQUIRED SURGERY.
