INJURED EMPLOYEE AND CO-WORKER WERE USING A WELDER TO BURN THROUGH A CYLINDER RING. HE WAS NOT USING A WELDING SHIELD, THUS RECEIVING A WELDING FLASH TO HIS RIGHT EYE.
