AN UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL OCCURRED ONT HE MAIN WEST #1 ENTRY AT 1257 WEST AT THE MILLENNIUM PORTAL. THE FALL WAS APPROX. 20' LONG, APPROX. 17' WIDE AND APPROX. 10' THICK. THE FALL DID NOT EFF ECT VENTILATION OR PASSAGE OF MINERS.
