Narrative EMPLOYEE WAS SPLITTING MATERIAL USING A 6 LB HAMMER WHEN HE HIT THE CORNER OF THE HAMMER ON THE STONE CAUSING A SMALL PIECE OF STEEL TO FLY OFF HAMMER. THE SMALL PIECE OF STEEL ENDED UP EMBEDD ED IN THE SKIN OF THE CHEST AREA.
