EMPLOYEE WAS PULLING ON THE CABLE THAT COMES FROM THE POWER CENTER TO THE HIGHWALL MINER. AS HE WAS PULLING HE SLIPPED AND TWISTED HIS BACK. THE GROUND WAS WET AND MUDDY.
