Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING A PIECE OF ANGLE IRON FROM UNDERNEATH A SCREW CONVEYOR BY USING A PRY BAR. WHEN THE STEEL WAS REMOVED, THE SCREW DROPPED ON THE PRYBAR FORCING HIS FINGER INTO THE SCREW.
