EE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING THE ROOF BOLTING MACHINE TO THE NEXT SETUP. THE OTHER ROOF BOLTER OPERATOR STARTED THE ROOF BOLTING MACHINE CAUSING THE CABLE REEL TO JERK THE TRAILING CABLE CA USING EE TO FLIP AND LAND ON HIS HEAD AND SHOULDERS. EE STARTED MISSING TIME ON OCT. 2, 2002 AND HE IS STILL UNDER THE DOCTOR'S CAARE AS OF OCT 12, 2002.
