ELEVATOR DOOR WOULD NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY. ELEVATOR WAS SHUT DOWN FOR TROUBLESHOOTING AND FOUND TO HAVE A DEFECTIVE DOOR SWITCH LEVER. IT WAS REPAIRED AND PLACED BACK INTO SERVICE AT 9:10 AM.
