EE WAS MAKING UP ROOF BOLTS WHILE CO-WORKER WAS BOLTING IN A HIGH PLACE, WHEN HE WAS STRUCK ON THE HEAD WITH A ROCK CAUSING HIS NECK AND BACK TO HURT. HE WENT FOR CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENTS ON 10/23/02
