Narrative

EE WAS USING AN ELECTRIC HAND GRINDER TO GRIND A PEDESTAL ON #2 KILN NORTH THRUST ROLLER. HE WAS REPOSITIONING HIMSELF TO GRIND ANOTHER SECTION WHEN HIS LEFT LEG CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE GRIND ER. HE DID NOT SHUT THE GRINDER OFF WHEN MOVING. THE CUT REQUIRED FOUR STITCHES. HE WAS WORKING IN CLOSE QUARTERS.
