INJURED WAS ATTEMPTING TO LOOSEN A 3/4"" HYDRAULIC HOSE COUPLED TO ANOTHER HOSE USING A 10"" CRESCENT & 430 CHANNEL LOCKS. HE FELT PAIN IN HIS RIGHT BICEPT.
