Narrative

OPERATING ROOF BOLTER ON RIGHT SIDE OF CONTINUOUS MINER. WHILE LOWERING THE DRILL UNIT HE REACHED FOR THE AUGER WHEN THE DRIVE CHAIN BROKE. PIECE OF THE CHAIN STRUCK HIM ON TOP OF HIS HAND BET WEEN 3RD & 4TH FINGER.
