Narrative

THE MOTOR ON DRAGLINE DL4 RAN HOT. THE OPERATOR ATTEMPTED TO RELIEVE PRESSURE BY LOOSENING THE CAP ONE NOTCH, BUT THE CAP BLEW OFF, CAUSING 2ND DEGREE BURNS TO HIS RIGHT ARM, CHEST AND FACE.
